The consultation form is for a parent or guardian. Please do not submit a student's full name, medical records, disability documentation, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive records.

Information we collect

We collect the parent or guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, the student's grade band, tutoring goal, preferred session format, and any message the parent chooses to provide.

How we use it

Sonoran Scholars uses this information only to respond to the tutoring inquiry, discuss availability and fit, and arrange requested services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Form delivery

The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to admin@sonoranscholars.com. FormSubmit acts as the form-delivery processor. Its own privacy practices also apply while transmitting the submission.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email admin@sonoranscholars.com.
